Volkswagen Electric Car 2020. Volkswagens push for electric mobility would certainly appear to have been successful during 2020 with the brand delivering almost three times as many pure-electric vehicles. Volkswagen forecasts that its electric car production will reach one million cars in 2023 two years earlier than previously predicted.
Last year the brand delivered more electric vehicles worldwide than ever before handing over more than 212000 plug-in cars in total 158 percent versus 2019 including nearly 134000 battery electric vehicles 197 percent versus 2019. In March 2020 VW claimed it had received 20000 e-up. On the outside clean aerodynamic lines make for a striking presence on the road.
Its called the ID and it is the first VW that will form a much bigger fleet of electric vehicles.
Volkswagen Passenger Cars lifts global deliveries of BEV vehicles by 197 percent and of electric vehicles overall by 158 percent.
